Carver and his team were amazing to work with. I brought on my unlicensed assistant, (brand new to the business), at my busiest time of the year. My background is in customer services and event planning with no previous knowledge of the real estate industry. In order to give me the training and understanding of the real estate business I needed, my manager enrolled me in Carver’s program. I immediately began training with Tara. Both Carver and Tara have worked in the industry for a number of years and both have an incredible wealth of knowledge. Not only did they sit me down and taught me everything they know, they also gave me some useful tips and tricks on how to make my manager’s life as a realtor much easier. Tara is incredibly approachable, and she created a safe environment for me to ask questions. At the end of every session, Carver would send out summaries of the content we covered and he included step-by-step instructions on how to complete each task for my future reference.
